Run Club & Coaching
A run club usually wears a lot of different hats. It's a place to make new friends and push your limits. It's a place where you will find inspiration, guidance, encouragement and most importantly, community.
At TRS we welcome you to join us for the run, whatever your reasons. Whether you're looking to train for a half or full marathon, or you just need a reason to get up and out the door on a Saturday morning we've got ya. Come join us!
Run Times
Saturday 8:30 a.m.
6K FREE This is a relaxed social run. The pace is between 5:30 and 6:30 per km. We typically go for coffee after the run and socialize even more! Super friendly and chill.
Sunday 8:30 a.m.
Variable Long Run. This run follows the coached training program schedule so the length of the routes will vary from week to week depending on where we are in the training cycle. New runners are always welcome to join us. We suggest being able to run 12k comfortably.
Thursdays 6:30 p.m.
Speed work. This run is part of our coached program. It typically consists of a 6-7k warm up run, 4-5 k of speedwork and then a 2k cooldown. New runners are welcome to come and check it out.
