ASICS FF TURBO, their lightest and most energetic foam, combined with a full foot carbon plate, gives you optimal energy return on every stride in the MetaSpeed Middle Distance Track Spike.

Using Motion Wrap technology, this spike keeps your feet in its place, to reduce energy loss during your race.

The longer the distance you cover, need more stability you need. That’s why the heel is bigger and flatter.

UPPER
  • MOTION WRAP UPPER provides a secure hold and is lightweight and breathable..

MIDSOLE
  • Formed with FF BLAST TURBO cushioning, this spike allows you to experience a more responsive rebound at toe-off.
  • Full foot carbon plate, gives you optimal energy return on every stride.
  • Thick and flatter heel gives you more stability for your mid distance runs.

OUTSOLE

  • 6 pin replaceable spike plate.
  • The spike configuration is designed to increase traction. It helps create advanced grip without causing too much resistance with the track's surface.
  • The heel is also protected with a shark skin outsole to help you slow down after the race.
  • Includes 6 mm spikes and a spike wrench.
